Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 27) {وَاَقْبَلَبَعْضُهُمْعَلٰىبَعْضٍيَّتَسَآءَلُوْنَ :} That is, the misguided people and those who misled them, the weak and the powerful, will address each other and have this conversation. Allah Almighty has mentioned at several places the mutual conversation of the people of Hell, their blaming each other, and the declaration of disassociation by those who misled others from their followers. See Surah Al-Baqarah (__XREF_166__, __XREF_167__), Ibrahim (__XREF_21__, __XREF_22__), Al-A'raf (__XREF_38__, __XREF_39__), Saba (__XREF_31__ to __XREF_33__), and Al-Mu’min (__XREF_47__, __XREF_48__).
