إِنَّمَآ أَمْرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيْـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ﴿82﴾
Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" - and it is!
إِنَّمَآ innamā Only
أَمْرُهُۥٓ amruhu His Command
إِذَآ idhā when
أَرَادَ arāda He intends
شَيْـًٔا shayan a thing
أَن an that
يَقُولَ yaqūla He says

(Ayah 82){ اِنَّمَااَمْرُهٗۤ اِذَاۤ اَرَادَ شَيْـًٔا … :} This is, in a way, the result and summary of the previous verses: what difficulty could there be in creating something small or large for the first or second time? When He intends something, He simply says {’’ كُنْ ‘‘} and it becomes.
