سُوْرَةُ يٰسٓ
Surah Yaseen (36) — Ayah 43
وَإِن نَّشَأْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنقَذُونَ ﴿43﴾

And if We will, We shall drown them, and there will be no shout (or helper) for them (to hear their cry for help), nor will they be saved.

(Ayah 43) {وَ اِنْ نَّشَاْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِيْخَ لَهُمْ … :} That is, it is Our favor that We placed the ability in water to carry ships, and taught man the skill to build boats and ships. Then it is also Our favor that We deliver them safely to their destination. If We will, We can drown them, and then neither anyone can come to their help nor can they save themselves from drowning.
