And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. (Ayah 27) ➊ { وَاَوْرَثَكُمْاَرْضَهُمْوَدِيَارَهُمْوَاَمْوَالَهُمْ :} In the Battle of Banu Qurayzah, in addition to killing their men and making their women and children slaves, all their fields, gardens, houses, forts, livestock, weapons, and dirhams and dinars, etc., came into the possession of the Muslims, which, after taking out the khums, were distributed among the Muslims.
➋ {وَاَرْضًالَّمْتَطَـُٔوْهَا : ’’وَطِئَيَطَأُوَطْأً‘‘ ’’اَلشَّيْءَبِرِجْلِهِ‘‘} To trample something underfoot. That is, you were also made the owner of that land upon which you had not set foot. By this is meant the land of Banu Qurayzah itself, that is, the land where, due to their power and strength, you could not even set foot, Allah made it your inheritance. Some commentators have taken this to mean the areas conquered after Banu Qurayzah, such as Khaybar, then Makkah, Hunayn, Tabuk, Persia, Rome, in short, all the areas that will come into the possession of the Muslims until the Day of Judgment. But in that case, after {’’ وَاَوْرَثَكُمْاَرْضَهُمْوَدِيَارَهُمْوَاَمْوَالَهُمْ ‘‘} there should have been {’’وَيُوَرِّثُكُمْأَرْضًالَمْتَطَؤهَا‘‘}, that is, it should have been said that Allah made you the inheritors of the land of Banu Qurayzah, their houses, and their wealth, and He will also make you the inheritors of such land upon which you have not set foot. Although it has been answered that in the Qur'an, future events are mentioned with the past tense due to their certainty, but to mean both past and future with the same past tense {’’ وَاَوْرَثَكُمْ ‘‘} is, in any case, worth considering.
➌ {وَكَانَاللّٰهُعَلٰىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيْرًا :} That is, all this did not happen because of your bravery or skill, but solely due to Allah's help, and Allah has always been fully capable of everything; nothing is difficult for Him.
