Surah As-Sajda (32) — Ayah 15

إِنَّمَا يُؤْمِنُ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِهَا خَرُّوا۟ سُجَّدًا وَسَبَّحُوا۟ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ۩ ﴿15﴾
Only those believe in Our Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), who, when they are reminded of them, fall down prostrate, and glorify the Praises of their Lord, and they are not proud.
إِنَّمَا innamā Only
يُؤْمِنُ yu'minu believe
بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا biāyātinā in Our Verses
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna those who
إِذَا idhā when
ذُكِّرُوا۟ dhukkirū they are reminded
بِهَا bihā of them
خَرُّوا۟ kharrū fall down
سُجَّدًۭا sujjadan prostrating
وَسَبَّحُوا۟ wasabbaḥū and glorify
بِحَمْدِ biḥamdi (the) praises
رَبِّهِمْ rabbihim (of) their Lord
وَهُمْ wahum and they
لَا are not arrogant
يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ ۩ yastakbirūna are not arrogant

(Ayah 15){ اِنَّمَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاٰيٰتِنَا الَّذِيْنَ اِذَا ذُكِّرُوْا بِهَا … :} That is, those people who, out of arrogance, have forgotten even Our meeting, they never believe in Our signs. Only those people believe in Our signs whose qualities are completely different from those who forget the meeting with their Lord. There is no stubbornness, obstinacy, or enmity in their hearts. Their nature is so sound that when they are admonished with the signs of Allah, they immediately accept the truth and fall in prostration before Allah. They glorify their Lord with His praise and they do not show arrogance. The pride of their souls does not prevent them from accepting the truth and obeying Allah and His Messenger. It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite this supplication in his bowing and prostration: [ سُبْحَانَكَ اللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَ بِحَمْدِكَ، اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ ] "Glory is to You, O Allah! O our Lord! And with Your praise. O Allah! Forgive me." [ بخاري، الأذان، باب الدعاء في الرکوع : ۷۹۴ ]
