Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 11) {هٰذَا خَلْقُ اللّٰهِ فَاَرُوْنِيْ مَا ذَا خَلَقَ الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖ … :} That is, this sky raised high without pillars, the mountains embedded in the earth, the animals spread throughout it, the water descending from the sky, and with it every excellent and precious kind of thing produced from the earth—all of this has been created by Allah Almighty. Now show me, what is there that anyone other than Him has created? Clearly, there is not a single thing. So then why do the polytheists worship anyone other than Him? Do they have any evidence? The answer is no; rather, the reality is that the polytheists are wrongdoers, and such wrongdoers who are caught in clear misguidance. In the darkness and obscurity of shirk, they cannot see the straight path, so they are following a path that is clearly wrong and misguided. Allah Almighty has repeatedly mentioned this in the Noble Qur’an as proof of His oneness: that He alone is the Creator, so why should worship be for anyone else?
