Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
And among His Signs is that the heaven and the earth stand by His Command. Then afterwards when He will call you by a single call, behold, you will come out from the earth (i.e. from your graves for reckoning and recompense).

Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 25) ➊ {وَمِنْاٰيٰتِهٖۤاَنْتَقُوْمَالسَّمَآءُوَالْاَرْضُبِاَمْرِهٖ:} Before this, Allah mentioned among His signs the creation of the heavens and the earth; now He says that among His signs is also this: that such magnificent heavens and earth, and the sun, moon, and stars within them, are established in their places and revolve in their orbits solely by His command, without any pillar or supporting thing, as He said: «{ كُلٌّفِيْفَلَكٍيَّسْبَحُوْنَ}»[ الأنبیاء : ۳۳ ] "All are swimming in an orbit." He has placed in each, with His perfect wisdom and with the most precise and accurate calculation, such a force of attraction and repulsion that no two bodies collide with each other. There is never any mutual collision in Allah's system. If it were not for His command, neither the heavens could remain in their place nor the earth. See Surah Hajj (65) and Surah Fatir (41).
➋ { ثُمَّاِذَادَعَاكُمْدَعْوَةً… :} Then do not think that this system is permanent or eternal, or that whoever has died will remain dead forever. No, rather ({ثُمَّ}) a time is coming when, in your state of being buried in the earth, He will call you with a single call, and you will suddenly come out of the earth. What is meant by this is the second blowing of the trumpet, as He said: «{ ثُمَّنُفِخَفِيْهِاُخْرٰىفَاِذَاهُمْقِيَامٌيَّنْظُرُوْنَ }»[ الزمر : ۶۸ ] "Then it will be blown into it a second time, and suddenly they will be standing, looking on." For similar verses, see Bani Isra'il (52), Ya-Sin (53), and Nazi'at (13, 14).
