Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 59) ➊ { الَّذِيْنَ صَبَرُوْا:} That is, those who are honored with the lofty chambers of Paradise are the ones who showed patience upon Islam and obedience to Allah Almighty, upon abstaining from sins, upon the persecutions of the polytheists, upon the hardships of migration and striving in the way of Allah, who left their relatives and homeland, and who confronted their enemies.

{ وَ عَلٰى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُوْنَ:} And they always place their trust only in their Lord in every matter. They do not rely on their homeland, property, business, friends, relatives, or anything else; rather, relying solely on their Lord, they set out for migration and striving in His path.
