(Ayah 70){ اِذْ قَالَ لِاَبِيْهِ وَ قَوْمِهٖ مَا تَعْبُدُوْنَ :} This question, "What do you worship?" was not asked to seek information, because Ibrahim (peace be upon him) knew that they worshipped idols, but rather it was to invite them to reflect upon idol worship, because when a person presents his own stance, its weaknesses become much more apparent to him than when someone else presents them.
