فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿199﴾
And he had recited it unto them, they would not have believed in it.
فَقَرَأَهُۥ faqara-ahu And he (had) recited it

كَانُوا۟ kānū they would
بِهِۦ bihi in it
