وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ﴿140﴾
And verily your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
وَإِنَّ wa-inna And indeed
رَبَّكَ rabbaka your Lord
لَهُوَ lahuwa surely, He
ٱلْعَزِيزُ l-ʿazīzu (is) the All-Mighty
ٱلرَّحِيمُ l-raḥīmu the Most Merciful

(Ayah 140) {وَ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيْزُ الرَّحِيْمُ :} Punishment upon the wrongdoers is an expression of His Might and dominance, and the salvation of the believers is an expression of His mercy.
