(Ayah 130) {وَ اِذَا بَطَشْتُمْ بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِيْنَ :} This is their third action which Hud (peace be upon him) denied, that you are so hard-hearted and devoid of humanity that you have no mercy for the weak, whether they are the weak nations around you or the lower class among you. When you seize them, you do so with great cruelty. The greed for the world and arrogance have stripped the garment of human morals from your bodies. The reason for this was also that they did not have faith in the oneness of Allah and the Day of Judgment. Faith does not permit hard-heartedness. Even when a believer kills, he does not act with cruelty. Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: [ إِنَّ أَعَفَّ النَّاسِ قِتْلَةً أَهْلُ الْإِيْمَانِ ] [ مسند أحمد : 393/1، ح : ۳۷۲۸، قال المحقق حدیث حسن ] "Indeed, among all people, the believers adopt the best method even in killing."
