إِنَّهَا سَآءَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَمُقَامًا ﴿66﴾
Evil indeed it (Hell) is as an abode and as a place to rest in.
إِنَّهَا innahā Indeed, it
سَآءَتْ sāat (is) an evil
مُسْتَقَرًّۭا mus'taqarran abode
وَمُقَامًۭا wamuqāman and resting place

(Ayah 66) { اِنَّهَا سَآءَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَّ مُقَامًا:’’ مُسْتَقَرًّا ‘‘} A temporary place of stay for sinful Muslims, and {’’ مُقَامًا ‘‘} a permanent place of residence for the disbelievers. This sentence can also be from both the Merciful Lord and the servants of the Merciful.
