سُوْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ
Surah Al-Muminoon (23) — Ayah 90
بَلْ أَتَيْنَـٰهُم بِٱلْحَقِّ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَـٰذِبُونَ ﴿90﴾

Nay, but We have brought them the truth (Islâmic Monotheism), and verily, they (disbelievers) are liars.

(Ayah 90) ➊ By { بَلْ اَتَيْنٰهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ : ’’اَلْحَقُّ‘‘} here is meant "truth," because in contrast {’’ لَكٰذِبُوْنَ ‘‘} is coming. The meaning of "complete" is derived from the definite article al, that is, we have not brought them false stories ({اَسَاطِيْرُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ}), but rather such truth in which there is no deficiency.
➋ { وَ اِنَّهُمْ لَكٰذِبُوْنَ :} means these people are certainly liars, in the matter that Allah has any partner, or that He has any son who possesses divine powers, or that anyone can compel Allah to accept their wishes, and they are also liars in saying that life after death is not possible, and their falsehood is proven by their own admissions mentioned above.
➋ { وَ اِنَّهُمْ لَكٰذِبُوْنَ :} means these people are certainly liars, in the matter that Allah has any partner, or that He has any son who possesses divine powers, or that anyone can compel Allah to accept their wishes, and they are also liars in saying that life after death is not possible, and their falsehood is proven by their own admissions mentioned above.
