Those who emigrated in the Cause of Allâh and after that were killed or died, surely, Allâh will provide a good provision for them. And verily, it is Allâh Who indeed is the Best of those who make provision.
Word by Word — Arabic, Transliteration & Meaning
وَٱلَّذِينَwa-alladhīnaAnd those who
هَاجَرُوا۟hājarūemigrated
فِىfīin
سَبِيلِsabīli(the) way
ٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) Allah
ثُمَّthummathen
قُتِلُوٓا۟qutilūwere killed
أَوْawor
مَاتُوا۟mātūdied
لَيَرْزُقَنَّهُمُlayarzuqannahumusurely, Allah will provide them
ٱللَّهُl-lahusurely, Allah will provide them
رِزْقًاriz'qana provision
حَسَنًۭا ۚḥasanangood
وَإِنَّwa-innaAnd indeed
ٱللَّهَl-lahaAllah
لَهُوَlahuwasurely, He
خَيْرُkhayru(is the) Best

Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. (Ayah 58) ➊ { وَالَّذِيْنَهَاجَرُوْافِيْسَبِيْلِاللّٰهِ … :} Previously, the mention was of the general believers along with {’’ فَالَّذِيْنَاٰمَنُوْاوَعَمِلُواالصّٰلِحٰتِ ‘‘}, now the mention is of those special people among them who, for the sake of Allah, left their homeland, homes, and relatives. The purpose is to describe the status and virtue of migration, that this is such a great deed that whether those who migrate are killed in jihad in the way of Allah or die without fighting, after migrating from the land of disbelief, they are equal in the ranks of the Hereafter. (Ibn Ashur) Another relevance to the previous verses is that since the polytheists, with those satanic doubts and obstacles mentioned above, used to prevent many people from believing, and they could only prevent those who were under their control, therefore Allah, the Exalted, encouraged migration and described its virtue. ➋ { لَيَرْزُقَنَّهُمُاللّٰهُرِزْقًاحَسَنًا :} With the lam of emphasis and the noon of heaviness, it is stated that Allah, the Exalted, will surely grant them excellent provision in the Barzakh and in Paradise in every case. See regarding the martyrs in Surah Al-Imran (169) and regarding those who die after migration in Surah An-Nisa (100).
➌ { وَاِنَّاللّٰهَلَهُوَخَيْرُالرّٰزِقِيْنَ :} Allah, the Exalted, is the best of providers, because (1) He gives provision without any entitlement. (2) He gives without being asked. (3) He gives without measure. (4) He gives without hope of benefit from anyone or fear of anyone. (5) And only He gives from Himself; if anyone else gives, he gives from what Allah has given, so in reality, the Giver is only He. He is better than all givers, in regard to those people who give something to each other in the world, but among them, not a single one possesses any of the attributes of {’’ خَيْرُالرّٰزِقِيْنَ ‘‘} that have been mentioned above.
