Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 14) ➊ { اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُدْخِلُ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا … :} After mentioning the disbelievers and the self-serving, doubtful Muslims, those Muslims are mentioned who remain steadfast on Islam in both hardship and ease, who are blessed with the wealth of certainty and faith, and who perform every deed with sincerity of intention according to the Sunnah of the Prophet, because both of these things are necessary for righteous deeds. Allah Almighty has promised such people gardens beneath which rivers flow.

{ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيْدُ:} That is, Allah Almighty is the owner of unlimited authority; He can give to whomever He wills in this world or the Hereafter. For a small deed, He can grant Paradise whose width is equal to the width of the heavens and the earth, as He said: «{ عَرْضُهَا السَّمٰوٰتُ وَ الْاَرْضُ [ آل عمران : ۱۳۳ ] "The width of Paradise is equal to the width of the heavens and the earth." While He can throw the disbelievers and polytheists into Hell forever. No one has the power to question His command; whatever He wants to give, no one can prevent, and whatever He withholds, no one can give or cause to be given.
