Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 94) ➊ { فَمَنْ يَّعْمَلْ مِنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ … :} That is, whichever of these different groups acts according to what Allah and His Messenger have commanded, while he believes in Allah, in His oneness, in His angels, in His messengers, in His books, in the decree of good and evil, and in the Last Day, and does not associate anyone with Allah, then his effort will not be unappreciated, and Allah will record his deeds in his book of deeds.
➋ In {’’ مِنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ ‘‘}, {’’ مِنْ ‘‘} is in the meaning of "some." (Abu al-Su‘ud) That is, whoever does some of the righteous deeds, therefore it has been translated as "So whoever does some good deeds." See the generosity of Allah, that after faith, even some righteous deeds are appreciated.
