Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
Verily, in this (the Qur’ân) there is a plain Message for people who worship Allâh (i.e. the true, real believers of Islâmic Monotheism who act practically on the Qur’ân and the Sunnah - legal ways of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم).

Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 106){ اِنَّفِيْهٰذَالَبَلٰغًا …:} That is, in this Quran or in this Surah, the subjects of monotheism, the Hereafter, the stories of the Prophets, and other topics that have been mentioned, contain a great message for those who choose to serve Allah. Those who are not inclined towards the worship of Allah, but are instead steadfast in following Satan and their own desires, gain nothing from this Quran. If there is light in the eyes, then the light of the sun or a lamp is beneficial; if a blind person cannot see anything by the lamp, there is no fault in the lamp. See the commentary of Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah (2) in {’’ هُدًىلِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَ ‘‘}.
