ٱلَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلَـٰقُوا۟ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ ﴿46﴾
(They are those) who are certain that they are going to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are going to return.
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna Those who
يَظُنُّونَ yaẓunnūna believe
أَنَّهُم annahum that they
مُّلَـٰقُوا۟ mulāqū will meet
رَبِّهِمْ rabbihim their Lord
وَأَنَّهُمْ wa-annahum and that they
إِلَيْهِ ilayhi to Him
رَٰجِعُونَ rājiʿūna will return

(Ayah 46) Observing prayer regularly is indeed a very difficult responsibility, but for those whose hearts contain fear of Allah and certainty of the Hereafter, it is not burdensome. Here, "Zann" means certainty, as He said: «{ وَ بِالْاٰخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوْقِنُوْنَ [ البقرۃ : ۴ ] "And it is they who have certainty in the Hereafter." [ أضواء البیان ]
