قُلْ هَلْ نُنَبِّئُكُم بِٱلْأَخْسَرِينَ أَعْمَـٰلًا ﴿103﴾
Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds?
قُلْ qul Say
هَلْ hal Shall
نُنَبِّئُكُم nunabbi-ukum We inform you
بِٱلْأَخْسَرِينَ bil-akhsarīna of the greatest losers
أَعْمَـٰلًا aʿmālan (as to their) deeds
