ٱقْرَأْ كِتَـٰبَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفْسِكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًا ﴿14﴾
(It will be said to him): "Read your book. You yourself are sufficient as a reckoner against you this Day."
ٱقْرَأْ iq'ra Read
كِتَـٰبَكَ kitābaka your record
كَفَىٰ kafā Sufficient
بِنَفْسِكَ binafsika (is) yourself
ٱلْيَوْمَ l-yawma today
عَلَيْكَ ʿalayka against you
حَسِيبًۭا ḥasīban (as) accountant
