Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah82){ فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ الْبَلٰغُ الْمُبِيْنُ :} In this verse, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) is given reassurance. The answer to this condition is omitted, which is understood from the following sentence, that is, if they turn away, do not accept, then neither is there any harm to you nor any blame upon you, because your responsibility is only to convey the clear message. You should continue to fulfill your duty; granting or not granting faith is in Our hands. He said: «{ اِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِيْ مَنْ اَحْبَبْتَ [ القصص : ۵۶ ] "Indeed, you do not guide whom you love." Then their reckoning is also Our responsibility. He said: «{ فَاِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ الْبَلٰغُ وَ عَلَيْنَا الْحِسَابُ [ الرعد : ۴۰ ] "So upon you is only to convey, and upon Us is the reckoning."
