Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and (all that is in) the earth and Ad-Dîn Wâsiba is His [(i.e. perpetual sincere obedience to Allâh is obligatory). None has the right to be worshipped but Allâh)]. Will you then fear any other than Allâh?

Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
The meaning of (Ayah 52){وَلَهٗمَافِيالسَّمٰوٰتِوَالْاَرْضِ …:’’ الدِّيْنُ ‘‘} here is obedience, being submissive, and worship. {’’ وَاصِبًا ‘‘} (always) {’’وَصَبَيَصِبُ {”وَعَدَيَعِدُ“} wusuban''} as He said: «{ دُحُوْرًاوَّلَهُمْعَذَابٌوَّاصِبٌ }»[ الصافات : ۹ ] "to drive them away, and for them there is a perpetual punishment." That is, the heavens and the earth are only created by Allah and belong to Him, and obedience and worship are also His eternal right, so then, instead of Allah, the Owner of everything, do you fear others? How ignorant and foolish this is.
