Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 22,21){ وَ ضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَّا كَانُوْا يَفْتَرُوْنَ … :} That is, all false claims have perished; when Allah’s grasp came, no benefactor, no helper came to their aid in the world, and there is no doubt that in the Hereafter as well, these will be the greatest losers, because those whom they used to call upon thinking they would save them will be concerned only for themselves. All of them will disappear from them, and even if they are present before them, they will declare their disassociation from them; rather, they will become their enemies. See Surah Al-Ahqaf (5, 6).
