سُوْرَةُ يُوْنُسَ
Surah Yunus (10) — Ayah 6
إِنَّ فِى ٱخْتِلَـٰفِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَّقُونَ ﴿6﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day and in all that Allâh has created in the heavens and the earth are Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for those people who keep their duty to Allâh, and fear Him much.

(Ayah 6){اِنَّ فِي اخْتِلَافِ الَّيْلِ وَ النَّهَارِ …:} The sun rises from a new place and sets at a new place every day, that is why one of Allah Almighty’s attributes is “Rabb al-Mashariq” (Lord of many easts). From this comes the shortening and lengthening of days and nights, the changing of seasons, the return of the same season after a year according to the solar year at the exact time, and among the countless things created by Allah Almighty in the heavens and the earth, there are certainly innumerable signs of Allah Almighty’s perfect power and His oneness, but only for those who fear Allah Almighty and avoid a bad end.
