وَٱلْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَىٰهَا ﴿2﴾
By the moon as it follows it (the sun).
وَٱلْقَمَرِ wal-qamari And the moon
إِذَا idhā when
تَلَىٰهَا talāhā it follows it
