Surah At-Tawba (9) — Ayah 56

وَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُمْ لَمِنكُمْ وَمَا هُم مِّنكُمْ وَلَـٰكِنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ يَفْرَقُونَ ﴿56﴾
They swear by Allâh that they are truly of you while they are not of you, but they are a people (hypocrites) who are afraid (that you may kill them).
وَيَحْلِفُونَ wayaḥlifūna And they swear
بِٱللَّهِ bil-lahi by Allah
إِنَّهُمْ innahum indeed, they
لَمِنكُمْ laminkum surely (are) of you
وَمَا wamā while not
هُم hum they
مِّنكُمْ minkum (are) of you
وَلَـٰكِنَّهُمْ walākinnahum but they
قَوْمٌۭ qawmun (are) a people
يَفْرَقُونَ yafraqūna (who) are afraid
