And none will bind (the wicked, disbelievers and polytheists) as He will bind.

Because on that Day, all authority will belong solely to Allah; no one else will have any say before Him, to the extent that no one will be able to intercede without His permission. In such circumstances, the punishment that the disbelievers will face to the extent that the way they will be shackled in Allah’s confinement cannot even be imagined here, let alone estimated. This will be the state of the criminals to the extent that the wrongdoers, but the condition of the people of faith to the extent that obedience will be completely different, as mentioned in the following verses.
