وَفِرْعَوْنَ ذِى ٱلْأَوْتَادِ ﴿10﴾
And (with) Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) who had the stakes (to torture men by binding them to the stakes)?
وَفِرْعَوْنَ wafir'ʿawna And Firaun
ذِى dhī owner of
ٱلْأَوْتَادِ l-awtādi stakes
