Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

13. 1. In contrast, those people who remain in Hell temporarily only to bear the punishment for their sins, Allah will cause them to die in a certain way until they are burned in the fire and become like coal. Then, by the intercession of the Prophets and others, Allah will bring them out in groups. They will be dipped into a river of Paradise, and the people of Paradise will pour water over them, by which they will rise just as a seed sprouts from the debris carried by a flood. (Sahih Muslim, Kitab al-Iman)
