سُوْرَةُ الطَّارِقِ
Surah At-Taariq (86) — Ayah 8
إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَجْعِهِۦ لَقَادِرٌ ﴿8﴾

According to some, it means that He has the power to return that drop of fluid back into the private part from where it came out. The first meaning has been considered more Sahih by Imam Shawkani and Imam Ibn Jarir Tabari.
