وَمَا هُوَ بِٱلْهَزْلِ ﴿14﴾
And it is not a thing for amusement.

14. 1. That is, it is not something of play and amusement (lahw and la‘ib), which is the opposite of (qasd and iradah), meaning it is a book possessing a clear purpose, not aimless like play and amusement.
