إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ ﴿13﴾
Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on the Day of Resurrection).
إِنَّهُۥ innahu Indeed He
هُوَ huwa He
يُبْدِئُ yub'di-u originates
وَيُعِيدُ wayuʿīdu and repeats

13. 1. That is, He alone, with His perfect power and might, creates for the first time, and then on the Day of Resurrection, He will create them again in the same way as He created them the first time.
