فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِٱلشَّفَقِ ﴿16﴾
So I swear by the afterglow of sunset;
فَلَآ falā But nay
أُقْسِمُ uq'simu I swear
بِٱلشَّفَقِ bil-shafaqi by the twilight glow
