And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you (in the Cause of Allâh), they are of you. But kindred by blood are nearer to one another (regarding inheritance) in the decree ordained by Allâh. Verily, Allâh is the All-Knower of everything.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

75. 1 This is a mention of a fourth group, which in virtue comes after the first two groups and before the third group (who had not migrated).
75. 2 Those who became heirs on the basis of brotherhood or alliance, this verse abrogated that; now only those will be heirs who are connected through blood relations and marital relations. The meaning of Allah's command is that in the Preserved Tablet, the original command was this. But on the basis of brotherhood, temporarily, they were made heirs of one another, which, after the need ended, became unnecessary and the original command was enforced.
