Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

27. 1. Betrayal in the rights of Allah and His Messenger is that one appears obedient to Allah and His Messenger ﷺ in public, but in private acts contrary and commits sins. Similarly, it is also betrayal to abandon any of the obligations or to commit any of the prohibitions, and one should not betray the trust that another person deposits with him. The Prophet ﷺ also greatly emphasized the protection of trusts. In the hadith, it is mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ used to say in most of his sermons: "He has no faith who does not keep trusts, and he has no religion who does not feel bound by his religion."
