Verily! The worst of (moving) living creatures with Allâh are the deaf and the dumb, who understand not (i.e. the disbelievers).

22. 1. This matter has been stated in another place in the Noble Quran as follows: (لَهُمْقُلُوْبٌلَّايَفْقَهُوْنَبِهَا ۡ وَلَهُمْاَعْيُنٌلَّايُبْصِرُوْنَبِهَا ۡ وَلَهُمْاٰذَانٌلَّايَسْمَعُوْنَبِهَاۭاُولٰۗىِٕكَكَالْاَنْعَامِبَلْهُمْاَضَلُّاُولٰۗىِٕكَهُمُالْغٰفِلُوْنَ) 7. Al-A'raf:179) They have hearts, but they do not understand with them; they have eyes, but they do not see with them; and they have ears, but they do not hear with them. They are like cattle, rather they are even more astray. These people are heedless (of Allah).
