سُوْرَةُ النَّازِعَاتِ
Surah An-Naazi'aat (79) — Ayah 5
فَٱلْمُدَبِّرَٰتِ أَمْرًا ﴿5﴾

And by those angels who arrange to do the Commands of their Lord, (so verily, you disbelievers will be called to account).

5. 1. That is, the tasks that Allah assigns, they manage them. The real planner is Allah, but when Allah, according to His perfect wisdom, has tasks carried out through the angels, they are also called planners.
