Surah An-Naazi'aat (79) — Ayah 20

فَأَرَىٰهُ ٱلْـَٔايَةَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ ﴿20﴾
Then [Mûsâ (Moses)] showed him the great sign (miracles).
فَأَرَىٰهُ fa-arāhu Then he showed him
ٱلْـَٔايَةَ l-āyata the sign
ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ l-kub'rā the great

20. 1. That is, he presented those proofs of his truthfulness which were granted to him by Allah. Some say that by this are meant the miracles that were given to Musa (عليه السلام), such as the shining hand (Yad-e-Bayda) and the staff, and according to some, the nine signs.
