وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ ﴿48﴾
And when it is said to them: "Bow down yourself (in prayer)!" They bow not down (offer not their prayers).
وَإِذَا wa-idhā And when
