سُوْرَةُ الْمُرْسَلَاتِ
Surah Al-Mursalaat (77) — Ayah 23
فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَـٰدِرُونَ ﴿23﴾

So We did measure; and We are the Best to measure (the things).
