بَلَىٰ قَـٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ ﴿4﴾
Yes, We are Able to put together in perfect order the tips of his fingers.
بَلَىٰ balā Nay
قَـٰدِرِينَ qādirīna (We are) Able
عَلَىٰٓ ʿalā on
أَن an that
نُّسَوِّىَ nusawwiya We can restore
بَنَانَهُۥ banānahu his fingertips
