وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ ﴿32﴾
And those who keep their trusts and covenants.
وَٱلَّذِينَ wa-alladhīna And those who
هُمْ hum [they]
لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِهِمْ li-amānātihim of their trusts
وَعَهْدِهِمْ waʿahdihim and their promise
رَٰعُونَ rāʿūna (are) observers

32. 1. That is, they do not betray the trusts of people that are with them, and they do not break the promises they make with people, rather, they uphold them.
