وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰ لَا يَسْمَعُوا۟ ۖ وَتَرَىٰهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ ﴿198﴾
And if you call them to guidance, they hear not and you will see them looking at you, yet they see not.
وَإِن wa-in And if
تَدْعُوهُمْ tadʿūhum you call them
إِلَى ilā to
ٱلْهُدَىٰ l-hudā the guidance
لَا not
يَسْمَعُوا۟ ۖ yasmaʿū do they not
وَتَرَىٰهُمْ watarāhum And you see them
يَنظُرُونَ yanẓurūna looking
إِلَيْكَ ilayka at you
وَهُمْ wahum but they
لَا not
يُبْصِرُونَ yub'ṣirūna (do) they see
