Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

121. 1. The magicians knew the art of magic and its true reality. When they saw this, they understood that what Musa (عليه السلام) had presented here was not magic; indeed, he is truly a representative of Allah, and it is only with Allah's help that he has presented this miracle, which in a single moment rendered all our tricks null and void. Thus, they declared their faith in Musa (عليه السلام). From this, it becomes clear that falsehood is falsehood, no matter how many beautiful coverings are placed over it, and truth is truth, no matter how many veils are cast over it; nevertheless, the truth will always prevail.
