وَلَا طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِنْ غِسْلِينٍ ﴿36﴾
Nor any food except filth from the washing of wounds.
وَلَا walā And not
طَعَامٌ ṭaʿāmun any food

غِسْلِينٍۢ ghis'līnin (the) discharge of wounds
