وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَـٰلِغُ أَمْرِهِۦ ۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدْرًا ﴿3﴾
And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allâh, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allâh will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allâh has set a measure for all things.
وَيَرْزُقْهُ wayarzuq'hu And He will provide for him
مِنْ min from
حَيْثُ ḥaythu where
لَا not
يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ yaḥtasibu he thinks
وَمَن waman And whoever
يَتَوَكَّلْ yatawakkal puts his trust
عَلَى ʿalā upon
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi Allah
فَهُوَ fahuwa then He
حَسْبُهُۥٓ ۚ ḥasbuhu (is) sufficient for him
إِنَّ inna Indeed
ٱللَّهَ l-laha Allah
بَـٰلِغُ bālighu (will) accomplish
أَمْرِهِۦ ۚ amrihi His purpose
قَدْ qad Indeed
جَعَلَ jaʿala has set
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu Allah
لِكُلِّ likulli for every
شَىْءٍۢ shayin thing
قَدْرًۭا qadran a measure

3. 1 That is, whatever He wills. There is no one to prevent Him. 3. 2 For hardships as well as for ease. Both reach their end at their appointed time. Some have taken this to mean menstruation and waiting period (iddah).
