Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
Verily! It is Allâh Who causes the seed-grain and the fruit-stone (like date-stone) to split and sprout. He brings forth the living from the dead, and it is He Who brings forth the dead from the living. Such is Allâh, then how are you deluded away from the truth?

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan — Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf
Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
95. 1 From here, the description of Allah's unparalleled power and craftsmanship begins. It is stated: Allah splits the grain (ḥabb) and the pit, which the farmer buries deep in the earth, and from it brings forth various kinds of trees. The earth is one, and the water with which the crops are irrigated is also one. But according to the type of grain or pit, Allah brings forth different kinds of crops and fruit-bearing trees from them. Is there anyone besides Allah who does this work or can do it?
95. 2 That is, He causes trees to grow from grains and pits, in which there is life, and they grow and spread, and bear fruit or grain, or they are fragrant, colorful flowers which, when seen or smelled, bring joy and delight to humans, or He creates humans and animals from sperm and eggs.
95. 3 That is, from animals come eggs, which are considered as dead. The terms living and dead have also been interpreted as referring to believers and disbelievers, meaning He causes a disbeliever to be born in the house of a believer and a believer in the house of a disbeliever.
