Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

115. 1. In terms of reports and events, it is truthful, and in terms of commands and rulings, it is just, meaning that every command and prohibition in it is based on justice and fairness, because it has only commanded those things in which there is benefit for humans, and has only prohibited those things in which there is harm and corruption. Even if humans, due to their ignorance or satanic deception, may not understand this reality.

115. 2. That is, there is no one who can change any command of the Lord, because there is no one more powerful than Him.

115. 3. That is, He is the One who hears the words of the servants and knows every single movement and gesture of theirs, and will reward each one accordingly.
