سُوْرَةُ الْحَشْرِ
Surah Al-Hashr (59) — Ayah 13
لَأَنتُمْ أَشَدُّ رَهْبَةً فِى صُدُورِهِم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَفْقَهُونَ ﴿13﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) are more fearful in their (Jews of Banû An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

13. 1 In the hearts of the Jews, or the hypocrites, or of all of them.
13. 2 That is, this fear of you is in their hearts because of their lack of understanding; otherwise, if they were sensible, they would have understood that the dominance and authority of the Muslims is from Allah ﷻ, therefore, they should fear Allah ﷻ, not the Muslims.
